1. About this website

This website is operated by Linkifico Ltd. LINKIFICO LTD is registered in England and Wales, company number 16935861. Registered office: Office 608, 60 Tottenham Court Road, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 2EW.

These terms apply to your use of the website and the content published on it. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms cover the website only. They do not create an agreement for any services. Registering your interest through the website does not commit you or us to anything; any services we agree to provide would be set out in separate written terms.

How we handle personal information, including anything you submit when registering your interest, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

2. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the website in a way that breaks any law or regulation, or infringes anyone’s rights.
  • Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or the information we hold.
  • Introduce viruses or other harmful code, or interfere with the website’s operation or security.
  • Use automated means to copy or extract content at a scale, or in a way, that disrupts the website.
  • Submit false or misleading information, someone else’s details without their permission, or unsolicited material through the registration form.

We may restrict access to the website, or to any part of it, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

3. Information and editorial content

The website, including the Journal and LinkFeed, publishes general information, research and analysis about AI commerce. It is provided for information only.

We aim to keep it accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become out of date, and AI commerce is changing quickly. Content does not take account of your circumstances and is not professional, legal, financial, technical or other advice. You should obtain advice suited to your situation before acting on it.

If you believe something we have published is inaccurate, please let us know at info@linkifico.com so we can review it.

4. AI-generated content

Some content on the website is researched, written, edited or illustrated with the help of artificial intelligence. In particular, LinkFeed articles are produced using AI, supported by automated evidence and editorial checks, and are published automatically, with human editorial oversight and corrections after publication.

Each LinkFeed article says so, and About LinkFeed explains how the column works. Images may be generated by AI and are illustrative; they do not depict real events, people or businesses unless stated.

5. Intellectual property

The Linkifico and LinkFeed names, logos and branding, and the original content and design of the website, belong to Linkifico Ltd or its licensors. Material we quote from or link to remains the property of its owners.

You may view the website, print or save extracts for your own personal or internal business reference, share links to it, and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source. Otherwise, you must not copy, republish, adapt or sell our content, or use our branding, without our written permission.

6. Third-party links and services

The website links to other websites, including the sources cited in Journal and LinkFeed articles. These are provided for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

The website relies on independent providers for hosting and other infrastructure, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend or withdraw the website or any content, including the registration form, at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors or interruptions.

We may also update these terms. The latest version will always be published on this page, with its revision date shown above.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you use the website as a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Subject to that, the website is provided free of charge for general information, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its content, or from the content of third-party websites, to the extent permitted by law. In particular, we are not liable for loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, opportunity or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
