2. Information we collect
When you register your interest through our website, we collect:
- Your business email address.
- The type of products or services your business sells.
- Whether you are interested in a Merchant Readiness assessment, a pilot programme, or both.
We also record when your enquiry was submitted and its processing status.
We do not ask for your name, telephone number or payment information through this form.
Our website hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Record your interest in Linkifico’s services.
- Send you an email confirming that we have received your registration, and notify our team of your enquiry.
- Respond to your enquiry and discuss appropriate next steps.

We do not automatically subscribe you to a marketing newsletter when you register your interest.
4. Our lawful basis
We intend to rely on legitimate interests under UK data protection law to respond to voluntary business enquiries and manage potential customer relationships.
Our legitimate interest is to communicate with people who have expressed interest in our services and operate a secure enquiry process.
We have assessed this lawful basis and documented it in an approved legitimate interests assessment.
5. How we store and protect information
Merchant enquiries are stored using Supabase, our database infrastructure provider. Our database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.
Our website is hosted by Vercel. The part of our application that processes enquiries is configured to run in London, United Kingdom.
Registration emails, the confirmation sent to you and the notification sent to our team, are delivered by Zoho through its transactional email service. Zoho also provides our business email.
Access to enquiry records is restricted, and submissions are processed through a server-side application rather than allowing public access to the database.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information.
6. International data processing
Enquiries are stored in the European Economic Area (Frankfurt, Germany), which is outside the United Kingdom.
Our service providers may also carry out some processing in other countries, for example to deliver the website through their networks, provide support or keep backups and logs.
Where international transfers of personal information occur, we assess the applicable data protection requirements and safeguards.
Further details of relevant safeguards can be requested using the contact address above.
7. How long we retain information
We keep merchant enquiries for up to 24 months after submission.
If an enquiry leads to a business relationship with us, the information needed for that relationship is managed separately and is not kept as part of the enquiry record.
You may also ask us to delete your information earlier, subject to applicable legal requirements.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:
- Access personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Request other rights available under applicable data protection law.
You can exercise these rights by contacting us at info@linkifico.com.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).
9. Cookies and website analytics
This website may use technical mechanisms necessary for its operation and security.
If we introduce optional analytics, advertising cookies or other tracking technologies, we will update the relevant notices and provide any choices required by law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services and website evolve.
The latest version will always be published on this website, with its revision date displayed above.
